President and owner with thirty years experience in Civil Engineering,
including Federal Service with USDA Natural Resources Conservation
Service and Rural Development. Experience also includes work in the
private sector related to residential and commercial site planning,
design and construction administration.
Assists in planning, design, coordination, and submittal of all engineering projects. Performs work related to field review and certification of final construction. Provides reviews and edits of all plan submittals and also follows up to insure that approvals are received.
